Retribution
Heart Of the Crusader ---> Can stack when 2 palas attack target when it should not
Vindication ---> Cannot be applied by judgements(should be applicable by judgements too after 3.0+) ,holy shock and hand of reckoning(this spell applies vindication 100% chance on retail) + can stack if 2 pladins apply by melee swings
Seal of Command --->Judgement Dont crit on stunned/inticipated target
Crusade ---> No increase in Consecration and Judgement damage (both command and righteousness)
Pursuit Of Justice ---> No increase in mounted movement speed(tested with speedmonkey addon)
Eye For An Eye ---> Dont proc on melee and range crits recieved and deal less or more damage then its correct calculation. Though sometimes damage is fine but usually high or low.
Sanctified Retribution ---> Dont increase damage at all
Divine Purpose ---> Dont remove stun and chance of hit is unknown
Vengeance --> Does not proc from all crits like Seal of command crits and no holy damage increment(consecration,judgements)+ cant test on judgement crits as they dont crit at all + Judgement damage is not increased at all(tested with command and righteousness)
Art Of war --> Procs from all crits even heal crits and no increase in judgement of command damage (judgement of righteousness damage increase fine)
Judgement of The wise ---> Replinishment Procs but dont seem to give mana
Fanatism --> Dont work and judgements never crit
Sanctified Wrath --> Hammer crit chance does not increase and "50% damage caused while in avenging wrath bypass damage reduction" dont work
Swift Retribution ---> Dont work
Crusader Strike ---> Looks like it tries to refresh judgements and in process dispell them from target ... It should not do anything with judgement debuff
Sheath Of light ---> Only increases SP depending upon current unbuffed AP ... do not take any buff into consideration (even self buff BOM) and upon changing gear SP remain unchanged till relog .... It also procs from offensive holy damage crits healing enemy targets like a Hammer of wrath crit.
Righteous Vengeance ---> Cannot Proc from judgements as they never crit and sometimes deal more than intended damage.
Divine Storm ---> Dont behave like AOE only hits targets in frontal cone(and can hit more than 4 targets too) .Targets behind and not in frontal 45 degree cone are not hit .
2H weapon Specialization ---> Effect stays even when 1h weapon is equipped
Protection
Improved Blessing Of kings --> Only calculates 10% of ur untalented stats for example it will increase ur untalented strength by 10% and not calculate 10% by new strength after Divine Strength same goes for other such talents.
Stoicism ---> No resistance to Dispels both friendly spells and Dots(tested with seal of vengeance)
Divine Guardian ---> Paladin takes 30% damage correctly but this damage should not hurt him as he is under divine shield and should be immune.
Improved Devotion aura ---> Dont increase Heals on u when active
Blessing Of Sanctuary --> Dont return mana (damage reduction granted but not on all types of incoming damage)
1 hand weapon Spec ---> Only increases physical damage no change in spell damage and effect stays even with 2h weapon equipped
Improved Righteous Fury ---> Dont work
Reckoning --> Consumes 2 charges per hit instead of 1 and give 1 more extra attack after buff goes (so in total it gives 3 extra attacks though should give 4 and consume 1 stack per hit)
Holy shield ---> reflect damage on partial blocks only and damage returned lower than intended.(no damage returned if low lvl mob attacks blocked)
Ardent Defender ---> Dont work
Redoubt ---> No increase in block value and charges not consumed on blocks .
Combat Expertise ---> No increase in spell crit
Touched by the light ---> No increase in critical heals
Avengers Shield ---> Only works with unarmed skill maxed(to make it work on 80 mobs) else misses + Always misses with a libram equipped
Shield of the templar ---> Damage Reduction granted vs certain spells only(reduces priest penance damage) but not all (no reduction in priest DOTs )
Judgements Of the just ---> Dont work
Hammer of the righteous --> Do Physical damage instead of Holy damage and damage seems to be more (correct me if someone thinks its damage fine) WowWiki link

Illumination --> Stopped working after R1100 (Important)
Blessed Hands ---> No dispell resistance granted (link is 3.1 info in 3.0.9 it gives resistance to hand spells)
Holy Shock ---> Spell Power coeff for damage part is same as that of healing part making it deal more damage than intended
Lights Grace ---> Buff is Consumed at next holy light and not refreshed ... This should proc on every holy light thus second holy light should refresh it instead of consuming it.

Judgements dont crit at all
Seal Of Blood ---> Deals Physical damage instead of holy damage and backlash damage is much more than 10% ..... Its judgement do no damage (Really important if at all Retribution paladin want to raid)
Judgement Of wisdom ---> Dont seem to return mana
Consecration ---> Dont Scale with AP and SP and do base damage + radius Looks less than 8 yard (visual bug i suppose )
Hammer Of wrath ---> Incorrect damage calculation Formulla .. Wowwiki link
Exorcism ---> Incorrect Damage calculation formulla
Frobearance ---> Messed up debuff paladin can use 2 bubbles ignoring this debuff ... (though it procs from correct spells but dont seem to work fully)
Avenging Wrath --> Does not increase most types of spell damage at all (seal,judgement,consecration etc), Increase healing done to u not healing done by you , Can use divine shield while affected by it (30 sec shared cooldown non existant)
Divine Plea ---> Reduces all healing done to you by 50% not all healing done by you by 50%
Hand Of Sacrifice ---> Effect stays forever till both people relog (currently exploitable in arena as well as raids) + paladin gets damaged by it even under divine shield when tht transmitted damage should do no harm to him/her
Divine Shield ---> Does not make immune to hunter Freezing Trap and not castable while inside most silence effects like Hex and Imp Counterspell . It should only be prevented from casting if holy school lock like while casting and being counterspelled not by these simple silence effects more info --> http://www.wowwiki.com/Divine_Shield + can be casted while under Cyclone when it should not.
Seal Of Justice ---> Only lasts 10 seconds instead of 30 minutes and on recasting it more then 3 or 4 times makes its affect not to come over
Sacred Shield ---> Does not work

Divine Intervention ---> Paladin do not scarifice himself/herself (he actually cheats to keep his friend alive lol ) .
Shield of the righteous ---> Incorrect Damage calculation and misses unless unarmed skill is maxed.
Greater Blessing Of Kings ---> Trainers teach it even with no points in Blessing of kings
Spiritual Attunement ---> Dont proc on other class heals except fellow paladin heals + Procs 2 times on paladin heals making mana gained double and even procs when paladin has full hp(this spell should only proc if paladin dont have full hp) More info

Mislenious
1) Paladin Auras dont stack with other paladins in group and with hunters Trueshot Aura ..... 2 similar auras should not stack but 2 different auras can stack. like fire and shadow
2) Area of effect buffs do not have range. They will affect party/raid members regardless of position (Replenishment , divinestorm healing etc)
3) Holy School Of magic has partial resistance in pvp while it should not ( buffs like mark of wild should not give any holy damage resistance same goes for other such effects) More info Resistances and "No Holy resistance stat exists, therefore buffs such as Mark of the Wild do not reduce damage from holy spells, but percentage-based damage-reduction abilities such as a Warrior's Defensive Stance successfully reduce damage from Holy spells. 4) 2 paladins cant buff a friendly target with 2 different blessings
